At INKON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your INKON account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused or gently used item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and caps are securely fastened to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
